Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide

Choosing between Viagra and Cialis is about balance. If one is to be taken at the same time as Tadalafil, then the other can be taken at any time. If the Tadalafil is taken any earlier, then the product may be taken at the same time as the all-inclusive treatment but not both treatments. Taking in all inclusive treatment is in the tadalafil. Tadalafil in particular needs to be taken in the usual way to get the most benefit from it. Try not to take in all the time. Try not to take in all the time if you have any reason to believe that it will do no good to do in any way other than be taken away by force.
If one all-inclusive treatment is to be taken at the same time as the other, then you will need to be on your way or you may be on your way to a rush. Make sure you do not take your first treatment in March while you are taking Tadalafil.
Nicknamed “The Weekender Pill”,Tadalafil is the generic version of Cialis™. It lasts up to 36 hours and the reason some prefer Tadalafil over Sildenafil, which typically last up to 8 hours. Please select your preferred dosage and number of pills.

Many men experience erectile dysfunction (ED), which can affect men of all ages. Lately, there’s been buzz about alternative medications like Cialis, which are specifically designed to improve sexual performance but are less likely to cause long-lasting ED. Is it safe? Not as easily as it sounds. There are many other ED medications out on the market, but what are they good and how do they compare? This article focuses on Cialis, which is an PDE5 inhibitor that works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and maintain an erection.
Cialis is aPDE5 Inhibitorthat was first approved by the FDA in 2003. It’s one of the most popular PDE5 inhibitors on the market, and it’s widely used and trusted. Cialis is available in various forms, including tablets, implants, and liquid solutions, making it a go-to treatment for ED. Here’s a closer look:
Yes, Cialis is widely used for ED, and it’s one of the most effective medications available for this condition. The FDA has approved it for this condition only in certain medical specialties, such asrology or orthopedic surgery. The generic form of Cialis, tadalafil, is manufactured by Cipla, a pharmaceutical company.
Cialis is typically more suitable for men over 65, but there are some factors that influence its suitability for everyone. The dosage and duration of treatment can vary from person to person, and the severity and frequency of symptoms can be different among patients. Generic versions of Cialis are also available, so you can ensure that you’re getting the best and most effective treatment possible for your specific needs.
Cialis typically starts working within 30 minutes to an hour after ingestion, with effects lasting up to 4 to 6 hours. This is enough time for sexual activity for most men, so you should be ready for sexual activity for most of your working life.

ED medications like Cialis are effective, and they’re not a good option for everyone. Here’s a quick comparison:
| Medication | Dosage | Duration of Effect | Side Effects | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cialis | 30-60 minutes | $2.44 | $1.99 | $0.78 |

The generic form of Cialis comes in a wide range of dosages and dosage types, so you can ensure that you’re getting the best and most effective treatment for your needs.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
